1st time using their services. Pleasant interactions from initial appointment through pick up. Would definitely recommend.

Came in for an oil change but sadly my oil pan had issues which is an expensive fix. They explained everything to my husband and tried to work out a plan that worked best for us! They gave us a free loaner car and had it fixed within the day (for a price lower than estimated on Google)! I appreciated their patience and help throughout the process. Their waiting room was so nice! We came with our 1 month old baby (since it was supposed to be a fast appt), and having a clean facility made it so much easier. Not common for mechanic shops so I was very pleased.

Got a 2nd opinion on a steering issue. Auto Safety Center correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem and saved me 2000.00. The other repair shop didn't know that there was a way to fix the problem vs replacing my entire steering column.

Joe was excellent. I was kept in the loop through the whole repair process. They have me candid advice without trying to push excess services. This will be my family's shop of choice moving forward
