I wasn't waiting very long and they had my car done. I had an oil change. They couldn't do the tire rotation because I needed a special tool for the lug nuts. There wasn't one in my car. The dealership that I bought the car from this spring failed to notice, even though my car was there for complimentary service. Thanks to the mechanic at Auto Safety Center, they informed me and I took it from there. They are truly an "Auto Safety Center" Thanks again guys Diann
