This was the first time using Auto Safety Center and I am so happy I did...Wow! Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. My service took longer than we hoped, but they were able to identify the issue along with another issue. They were able to give me a car to use until they fixed mine. My truck sounds great and my breaks are fantastic. I Would definitely recommend them to others and will continue to use them.

I had given a gift of an oil change to a friend. They were very helpful as to allow me to pay for it over the phone. They are fast, friendly, competent. Clean sitting area with wifi connection even childrens books. Complimentary water and coffee. They do emissions testing there. I take all of my cars there. Prices are a bit high on repairs but quality is worth it. Oil changes are reasonable especially with a coupon they mail out or email. They are not pushy trying to sell you things that are not needed.

I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get my car in and out for an oil change and tire maintenance. I was expecting the worst for my tires, but I found out they just needed air. It was probably from being in my cold garage. I always feel I get the best care at Auto Safety.

Great service on the Volvo! Price was exactly as quoted. Started the work on schedule as planned. Did a very professional repair. Pleasant people to deal with. Will definitely go back.

Recently had car trouble leaking fluid /check engine light . What I thought would be an easy DIY fix turned more. My vehicle had to be taken in. I've used auto safety center before but this time ran into an issue. A policy change with the loaner cars wasn't available for myself. However Kevin had gotten me a ride back and home and with in a day and half called early in the morning saying the vehicle was fixed. To the next issue ... my vehicle in the shop was the only I have and needed to get to the bank to get the payment for the service. Again Kevin had that had an employee pick me up from my house and over to the bank .Within minutes of paying for the repairs I was on my way. . . I do like this place and service was expensive but that's my issue. The service and added transportation they did at least for me I greatly appreciated. Parts and service is under warranty for 5 years... solid place. Not many shops do what these guys did for me. I do recommend them and I most of all liked that they diagnose the vehicle but don't heavily pressure you if you don't want the repairs done. They work on what's needed and your on your way again. That's pretty cool.
