Brought my BMW 428i in and was honestly worried. Have never been to this mechanic before and it was for a big job. All said and done they did an awesome job! Engine feels like it has new life and car is running awesome. The cost was very reasonable for the job that was done and there was no price gouging. Would highly recommend Auto Safety Center in West Bend!

Very friendly service. I wish I could remember the names of the names of the mechanic and sale rep that helped me but they were incredibly competent and helpful. They stayed an hour past closing to help get me back on the road. Highly recommend!

Excellent, timely service

As always, great service. Vince not only tells you what repairs you need, but explains why and helps prioritize. Obviously, this is very helpful when you are trying to keep 151k+ mile vehicle on the road and safe.

I had talked to a few people before calling Auto Safety I wasn't sure if they could fix a Liftgate on Ford.Edge. Tim was confident they could diagnose the problem and complete the repair. He was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and how they would replace the latch. They got it done ahead of schedule. When Scott called to tell me it was done he asked if I had a way to get there. I did but they were willing to come get me. That was thoughtful. I will be back
