The team was fantastic. I am a former mechanic and since I don't own a hoist, doing a thorough inspection of my vehicle is difficult. While doing the oil change, they performed an inspection on my vehicle and identified some areas where they were concerned. We were able to discuss what to repair and how critical each concern was. I am glad to finally have a place I can take my vehicle knowing they will give me honest assessments of issues, and solid work for a competitive price.

My first visit with Auto Safety I was very impressed. The facility is clean and they had a play area for little ones to keep themselves preoccupied (my daughter enjoyed that). Staff is also polite and professional. They did a thorough check on my car and gave me recommendations. I will definitely come again.

Friendly and prompt

Every person I dealt with today was friendly and professional. Both Scott and DJ explained any concerns they had with my vehicle and recommended things to repair before I take the vehicle to Florida for the winter. I really like that they take you out to the technician and they explain any concerns while they are working on the vehicle.

Every time I have gone to Auto Safety Center in West Bend I have been super happy with the work, customer service and respect the employees show. They are thorough, honest and get the work done in a timely manner without having to wait forever for an appointment. Love the whole team!
