The Auto Safety team handled my air conditioning problem effectively. The 5 Year 50,000 mile service guarantee on their work is also comforting. The vehicle was ready when promised and the cost estimate was fair. Love the waiting room with beverages and snacks while waiting for oil changes too.

I’ve taken my Genesis in a few times and they’ve been incredibly helpful, professional and very reasonable. They worked with the dealer to get a few warranty repairs taken care of and I’m definitely going back as needed.

When I walked in I was greeted & helped immediately. I was given great advice re: oil changes with both synthetic & standard oil from the gentleman at the front desk. While doing a routine oil change I was made aware of a potential transmission problem. The Advisor, Dan Henning was very helpful with various options moving forward. I’m checking my warranty for coverage. I’m very appreciative of the service I received as well as Dan’s & front desk advice.

Update: Next oil change and tire rotation. Service once again was great! Car repairs can be painful, and this one was. My fault as I waited on repairs to my BMW and let the issues pile up. What wasn't painful was working with the team at Auto Safety Center in Cedarburg. Extremely friendly and strong communicators. Multiple texts throughout the process with estimates and photos. Didn't push work that wasn't necessary. Glad that I found a new repair spot close to home!

The service team, staff, communication about my Subaru, cleanliness of the facility and communication with me about my vehicle were top notch, professional and understandable. 5 stars is what they earned
