Had service done including an oil change, brake fluid, and tire rotation without any problems. Met the tech was informed about work and no upselling. Will be using Auto Safety Center North in the future.

Friendly staff. My car was brought in to the shop and work started at my scheduled time. The mechanic did a very thorough job of explaining what and did not need to be done. The work was completed quickly.

I had an amazing experience today with Auto Safety Service! I called in the morning and spoke with Vincent to get new tires, and they went above and beyond to take care of me. They ordered and received the tires, then installed them all in the same day. What really impressed me was their shuttle serviceit made the whole process so convenient! They dropped me off at work in the morning and picked me up once everything was done. Friendly staff, great communication, and top-notch service. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing fast and reliable tire service!

First time customer and was treated like a friend. The tech went over what was serviced and why. The waiting area was nice and the oil change and brake line fluid done efficiently. I will be back to have my regular service done.

Great experience! Noticed my tires were wearing unevenly when changing to winter tires. The dealer quoted $300 for the alignment, and the open appointment will be a week later. I was able to get the second day appointment here, in and out for about an hour. And paid half the price!

I was in Wisconsin taking a day trip with my daughter when my check engine light came on around 3pm. I found an Auto Safety Center in West Bend. They were amazingly kind and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in and complete my repair the same day. I was in the road by 5pm with the comfort of knowing my car was safe to drive 2hours back to Chicago. Wish your company was in my area.
