West Bend Auto Repair

We saw the flyer in the mail and after another auto shop quoted us over $2K for repairs we decided to get a second opinion. Glad we did! They found a faulty sensor that was causing the issue and saved us thousands on unnecessary repairs! We got pictures of what needed to be replaced, what was recommended and constant communication from start to finish! We will be returning customers and I would recommend this shop!

Awesome service I will be back Dan the service advisor very knowledgeable and will tell you exactly wihat your car needs to be fixed with no extras. They also fix a wire problem that I have in my car with no additional cost because I allready pay the initial quote and it wasn’t listed. Also the people on the office very polite I can mention Rebecca that answer to all my questions and they also provide me with a shuttle service the shuttle driver also very nice person . In conclusion the best service I had in years in the area and I tried a lot of them in Cedarburg and Brown Deere . Thank you very much Auto Safety crew I will be your customer for ever .

oil change job done well

They were very polite, and service was done fast. They got me in right away. They have a nice waiting room. My radiator needed to be replaced. Cost seemed high. But I have a V8, and that's possibly why. Didn't compare prices with other service stations, so I don't know. I would go here again.
