Customer service was absolutely fantastic. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was even told to check with my previous auto place so that they didn’t do something that had already been done but not marked down in my records. I appreciate the honesty. Also they couldn’t finish in the time expected due to a part so they gave me a car so I could get to work. I feel the price was a little higher then my last place but in every other way I am very satisfied with their work and professionalism. I’ll be back.

Honest service

The service was thorough. I got to see my car while it was up on the hoist so I could inspect as well. My questions were answered to my satisfaction. I wasn't talked down, which has happened at other places, which I no longer frequent . They were very busy, demonstrating to me that their clientele value and trust them.

Very friendly business with knowledgeable advisors, modern equipment, convenient online estimation/invoicing, and great customer service! The prices seem little too high for me in comparison to the shops I go to on regular basis, but Auto Safety mails out coupons with nice discounts and I was able to use one of them.

As usual they go out of their way on customer service. This time they came through when I picked up a nail in one of my tires. I called them when my low pressure waring came on and they made accomodations the same day. Saved a day that was planed with the grand kids. Great job.

Very good experience here. Customer area is clean, comfortable. Staff is friendly and professional. Service advisors are knowledgeable and accommodating. The tech on my repair was very thorough, and the repairs were well explained and executed. It was easy to make the appointment and the work was done on time.

Our granddaughter from Milton was visiting, when she was ready to leave, we noticed one of her tiires had something in the tire. Called Auto Safety, they told me to bring the car over, she was on her way to Milton in less than an hour.. Outstanding customer service..👍👍
