first time there and was okay just needed an oil change but also got a list of things that need attention and told that my steering wheel shook over 40 mph but i have no problem like that and wondering why they are driving my truck just for oil change

First time at the Hwy 60 location. Received a flyer in mail and decided to have an oil change. A couple days before the appointment, I realized I needed my brakes inspected as well. They stated I need my rear brakes completely replaced. I am very happy with 1. The oil change and 2. I shall see about the brakes after I get a second opinion.

The people could not have been more professional or kind! I was extremely impressed with their Customer Service. I went in for an oil change, and had a question about how to open something, after the oil change, they took me back and showed me how, and asked if I had any questions. I also asked for a Tire quote, and they offered a tire that I hadn't considered, but had excellent ratings - and was much more reasonable! But, no pressure to buy. Very impressive, truly feels like a family owned business. You are welcomed and treated like family the moment you walk in the door!
