Great people and excellent service! Had a bit of an emergent question and needed to have a couple things looked at. They squeezed me in and addressed my concerns. They could have taken my money and performed the services I requested, but instead only performed the services required. That won me over so I will be back!

As always, great service and friendly staff. My battery died and Auto Safety Center got me in right away. I was in a hurry as I was running late for work, and they changed my battery AND did an oil change in about 30 minutes. Got me back out on the road quickly so I could get to work. Only thing is I forgot to use my oil change coupon and get my loyalty card punched!! But that's on me since I was in a hurry. Although they usually ask if I have coupons or the punch card and didn't this time. Still, they've got themselves a loyal and satisfied customer in me.

From the initial phone call and the efficient manner it was handled, to the technician who fixed the issue, to the communication on what was happening everyone at Auto Safety Center too the "stress" out of a stressful situation as the car [battery] was completely dead and I was stuck. Thanks for job well done. First time i ever spent $400 on a car repair and felt "good" about it!

Thorough and professional service, Effective show and tell/explanation of cause and effect and the solution for a satisfactory repair or correction needed.

I have been having my car serviced at Auto Safety Center starting when they first opened in Cedarburg. They are so friendly and efficient checking your vehicle in. They recognize you by name and listen to your concerns. They will shuttle you to work or home and pick you back up when your car is ready. Their prices are fair and everything is explained when picking up your vehicle. I cant say enough good things about this business, except if you are looking for great mechanics, make an appointment and see for yourself.
