Got my 2015 Prius V ‘s oil changed here for the first time, It was quick and they took my car in right on time at the scheduled appointment time, so I was out of there within 30 minutes! And a clean and pleasant waiting room, I will be back!

Service was prompt and professional. Emissions passed but they were unable to renew my plates (a problem with DMV, not them). They made me aware of some upcoming work that will be needed and provided an estimate, but didn't hard sell. Even when I called later complaining about something on the invoice I misunderstood, they were professional and explained it to me. Overall a good experience.

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff at the front counter. Very nice people. Which is great, but the important part is that they listened and understood what I was saying. They looked into the rattle I mentioned but didn’t find a “smoking gun”. So they poked around and tightened nuts and bolts. Turns out, they fixed it. Full rundown afterwards. Excellent service! Fair price. Happy. I’ll be back.
