This is the second time I’ve come to auto safety and both times I was greeted pleasantly by each one of your staff. They create a culture where people feel appreciated and welcomed and you feel like they care about your satisfaction! Specifically two gentlemen in the front office and two women were super cool and we had light conversation while I was waiting for my oil change. I was offered a coffee and snacks while I was waiting !! I will continue to share auto safety for oil changes and other services! You guys are great!!

Great service!! And so fast and friendly

The service and staff are great. My only problem was with the cost and labor for a cabin filter. 3 times the cost of the part is excessive. I expect some markup for the part and a reasonable amount for labor, even up to double the cost of the part. I was admittedly shocked when I saw the charge since everything else (oil change and tire rotation) was very value priced.

Quality repairs at a quality price. Outstanding customer service. I've come to expect nothing less from Auto Safety Center.

Got my 2015 Prius V ‘s oil changed here for the first time, It was quick and they took my car in right on time at the scheduled appointment time, so I was out of there within 30 minutes! And a clean and pleasant waiting room, I will be back!
