The service went well. They completed the work including some extra items the same day.

First time. I was impressed with time taken to explain process and results of oil change and evaluation done. They even suggested I not complete a requested service and why. They shared a better time to combine future service needs for more econmical results. I feel very confident that this West Bend Auto Safety shop will honestly tell me when future service needs will benefit my car and my budget!

Very fast and efficient service.

I was able to make an appointment very quickly and it fit my bust schedule perfectly. I waited in the customer lobby while they worked on my car. The service manager took me back to talk with the service tech and explained what work was needed on my car. This was my first time using their services, I will be back!

Overall the customer service experience is good. The lounge is comfortable and clean. Just a suggestion though. When customers come in you greet them, which is good. But along with telling them you'll be with them in just a minute, tell them where the bathroom and refreshments are. And have the latest edition of the local newspaper handy!

I was greeted very professionally by Jamie and was pleased to have someone actually listen to me, regarding my vehicles. Also, getting invited into the shop by Scott, and being able to speak with Hunter the mechanic, was something I did not expect, but thought that is an awesome policy. Trust is earned over time and this was a very good start! Thank you

Great service!

I had great service. They were able to fix the problem. It was nice the problem was under warranty. The person on the phone was very friendly and even offered a loaner since they couldn't get the problem fixed before the weekend.
