I had a great experience at Auto safety center in West Bend. They were polite, positive and quick when I dropped my car off. They gave me a loaner so I could get off to work. I was contacted before the work began so I knew exactly what was going to be done. I needed my car back the next morning and somebody stayed late to finish the work so that it would be ready for me to pick up when they opened. I highly recommend them and, when my car needs service again, I will go there.
Always friendly and helpful. Recently fixed an oil leak while my wife waited and got her on her way.
Staff goes out of their way to explain needed repairs. My extended warranty company was called and I got immediate response. Repairs were done quickly. The mechanic found I needed a control arm replaced - had he not seen that I could have had a serious accident. Thank you for caring about my safety and never trying to sell me service that is not needed. I do promote your business to all my friends.

easy to work with, good service
I initially called to inquire about emissions testing and ended up instead bringing my car in for an oil leak when another service center was unable to take care of the issue. The team was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to fix the problem and alerted me to another issue which they were able to fix right away. It appeared to me as if the entire team really took pride in their customer service and their ability to fix what was wrong. Thank you!

Auto Safety treated me very well!
Everything went well. No surprises. Price was fair and as quoted. Felt a little rushed to pick up at end of day before they closed, but they were busy. Just got a reminder email about recommended service due. They did not discuss at time of pick up. Again, they were busy. I trust them more than the dealership. I do think the alignment was quoted at $99 when I called but charged $150 when I picked up, but total price was within quote so I cant complain.
