Suspension problem on BMW 330 xi they gave me the lowest estimate out of 3 shops in Washington county to do work. Also a free loaner to get to work but previous experience with bmw was just as good as this experience they have me as a customer on my fleet and fiance's dealt with Mike owner. Fast friendly HOUNEST service. + Valid shop on bmws owned 4 best shop thus far for foreigns if u don't want to be beat and pay outrageous dealership prices!

As always, the staff at Auto Safety Center were courteous and attentive. I stopped in w/o an appointment because the check engine light was on. One of the CS staff immediately read the codes and found the issue. These guys are honest - Michael and I discussed the situation and discovered that ethanol gas had been used (my vehicle is not ethanol compliant). Rather than schedule a repair, he suggested resetting the codes and filling tank with premium fuel and driving for a while. If the light comes on, we’ll schedule an appointment. So far, the light hasn’t come on. I highly recommend using ASC for all your auto repair needs.

We had an oil change; they were thorough and detailed. Very friendly and the wait time was pleasant in their lobby. They also did a second opinion for us and I was very pleased with their honesty and detailed explanation to what really needs to be done.

They provided options at tire purchases and when I needed a loaner vehicle they could provide one.

Friendly staff, timely service, thoroughly checked applicable items for oil change service. Reasonable cost.

Very friendly staff!! Listen carefully about the concerns I had with my car. They went to great lengths to get my car fixed & back to me on a Fri night. Awesome job guys!! Thank you! They even have a shuttle service to your home .

Great experience from start to finish. Friendly staff. Went through my vehicle with me and showed what was needed either immediately or in the near future. No pressure.
