I called Tim and asked if they fixed broken latches on my Ford Edge. He knew exactly what the problem was after telling him about the fuse issues (which would reset so I thought this was the solution) it was confusing and Tim explained what the problem was and to my relief it was fixed ahead of schedule. Wish I would have brought it in when it first started misbehaving. Scott called me when it was done and he was very helpful and polite. When I walked in to drop off my car I was greeted with how can I help you? That is Old School and how every business should be run Nice to be acknowledged. Special Thanks to Jaime Thanks Auto Safety I am glad you could get me in the day I called and I had it back.the next Great turn around!

Had my muffler replaced in no time and for a reasonable price! Very happy with their work!

I was able to take in my vehicle the same day, which was a great experience for me. Also, during the inspection there were an additional problem found. This was addressed along with the original problem in a timely manner. Communication was excellent, along with the service provided. Will use them again.

Honestly, Auto Safety center is my favorite business to work with in West Bend. They treat me well, my car is always better than when I took it in, and I love to see how they've improved visit after visit.

Friendly staff and good finance options.

Everyone was helpful and so friendly. Came in for second opinion, showed me the issue and where water pump was leaking and recommended a serpentine belt, showed me where the threads were showing. Fast service could fix it the same day. Had a nice young lady take me home. Came back in 3 hours and all finished. Will use Auto Safety Center again.

Quick diagnostic of issue followed by quick repair. Car was complete when projected to be done. Labor was reasonable for repair.
