West Bend Auto Repair

I was very well satisfied with the whole experience. I went in for and oil change, they took my car inside their garage and first did a safety check. A very short time later the young lady that was helping ask me to follow her into garage where she introduced me to the mechanic that did the safety check. He explained and showed me that front wheels were okay but the two rear ones needed brake pads and rotors. The pads were very thin and had already left groves on the rotors and needed to be replaced. I was given a loaner car and did some shopping and went home, shortly after they called and told me the car was ready.

Had a lot that needed to be diagnosed and repaired on my vehicle. I had a great experience at West Bend Auto Repair and would recommend it to anyone else looking for a great quality shop! The staff seems to be very genuine and Pete was also very helpful and made the whole process an efficient one! Thank You!!!

Very happy with the service

Every single staff member was very pleasant. The service work was done promptly and they managed to get me in even with my difficult schedule. I was impressed with how attentive they were with each customer on the progress of their service. I would definitely recommend!

Recently made the switch to Auto Safety Center. Had unexpected car issues over the weekend & they were able to get me in on Monday. They worked around my schedule. The young lady who drove me home to the opposite side of West Bend was super friendly. The whole staff is very professional, knowledgeable & have a great sense of humor!
