Overall the customer service experience is good. The lounge is comfortable and clean. Just a suggestion though. When customers come in you greet them, which is good. But along with telling them you'll be with them in just a minute, tell them where the bathroom and refreshments are. And have the latest edition of the local newspaper handy!

I was greeted very professionally by Jamie and was pleased to have someone actually listen to me, regarding my vehicles. Also, getting invited into the shop by Scott, and being able to speak with Hunter the mechanic, was something I did not expect, but thought that is an awesome policy. Trust is earned over time and this was a very good start! Thank you

I had great service. They were able to fix the problem. It was nice the problem was under warranty. The person on the phone was very friendly and even offered a loaner since they couldn't get the problem fixed before the weekend.

Excellent service! I had concerns about my car. Had went somewhere else and I was not happy with their $3000 repair suggestion. Auto safety checked over everything, gave me a list of maintenance stuff I need to attend to and fixed my original problem for $300.00. They will be doing the maintenance on my car from now on!

Fixed power steering leak.

Dan & Vince were polite and knowledgeable when dealing with my auto needs. The work was done in a timely fashion, I was kept informed as work progressed. The only hiccup I've had your coupons came a day late, I would have liked the cost savings. Maybe next time I guess.
