Good customer service. High percent of the time they solve problems within the anticipated time with great results. As with discovering an unanticipated cause or part failure, they have to persist another day. But they accommodate me, reducing the inconvenience as best as practical. Very pleased withe their work and service. SO highly recommend giving Auto Safety a chance to serve and service your vehicle service needs.

I was very well satisfied with the whole experience. I went in for and oil change, they took my car inside their garage and first did a safety check. A very short time later the young lady that was helping ask me to follow her into garage where she introduced me to the mechanic that did the safety check. He explained and showed me that front wheels were okay but the two rear ones needed brake pads and rotors. The pads were very thin and had already left groves on the rotors and needed to be replaced. I was given a loaner car and did some shopping and went home, shortly after they called and told me the car was ready.
