We had a wonderful experience with Auto Safety Center. We just moved to the area from Alaska and our clutch went out on our vehicle. My family recommended Auto Safety Center. From the time we walked into the building until our vehicle was repaired, we felt welcomed and never felt pressured in any way. After a review of our vehicle, Michael contacted us and gently gave us the bad news about our transmission. But he also delivered the good news that they had found a transmission and it could be here in a timely manner. They also gave us a FREE loaner vehicle (no one does that lol). That helped us tremendously as we have work and other responsibilities. We felt the pricing was accurate and the work was completed to our expectation and sooner than they had anticipated. I talked to Mike on the phone for a last minute for a last minute tire change. Bought the tires from fleet farm across the street and brought them over. Mike assured me it would be a quick turnaround. And it was! However, when I got there I interacted with a different man behind the desk, who I presume to be the owner. Maybe he was having a bad day, but the heavily engraved frown lines on his middle-aged face would suggest his disposition is akin to a cantankerous crabapple fallen from the tree and fresh with biting frost. A very surly man. Bro, Mike is already doing too much. Just let him handle it. Overall: I would recommend! For a tire swap.
