Way to expensive. $1200 for wheel bearing replacement? That’s ridiculous in my opinion. Almost $600 in labor for one of the most basic jobs. I feel like I get ripped off almost every time I take my car to the shop but this is just bad. Plus, they charge for diagnostics on top of the repair. Seems like that should be included in that ridiculous price to me. I will not be returning.
Tory, I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We strive to always make sure each visit is good and the value of our services are clear. I reviewed your bill and the charges are in line with that repair. I also referenced Repairpal.com, our price is inline with their estimate as to what it would cost also. As you found out, if your replace a wheel bearing with low quality parts and improper prep work, they fail very quickly. All of our work is backed by our 36 month/36,000 mile nationwide warranty. As far as the diagnostics is concerned, you had several issues we identified with this visit, per your request. You wisely chose to address the safety related items first. I am sorry to hear that we will not be seeing you in the future, should you change your mind though we would love a second chance. Michael
