Great place. First time, had my oul changed. Simple to set up appointment online. They were friendly & didn't try to upsell like the dealers do. Lobby was clean and attractive. Price was much better than oil change chains.

Brought my Toyota Sienna in for an alignment and it was done in a timely manner. Called the previous day and was able to get it in on a Friday even though they were very busy

I came to West Bend Auto Safety Center as my second option for tires. I had gone across the street more recently, but was not entirely satisfied with the service. With only one experience at Auto Safety Center for another one of my vehicles, I decided to give them a chance. Their website is well-maintained and the options for tires made my choices easier. The guarantee, friendly and accommodating staff made this experience as enjoyable as getting new tires can be.
