I'm excited to have a mechanic shop that is honest and does things right. Michael is a customer service star. I made an appointment to have a recall handled at the dealership nearby. They drove my truck to the dealership and back. Then they discovered the dealership didn't handle the recall properly. They told the dealership to do it right and then drove my truck there and back again. One thing that sets auto safety center apart is you are assigned a representative and you only deal with that one person.

I've been using Scott's Service Center for over a decade. You'll get a thorough, easy to understand explanation of what repairs are needed and the work will be done correctly at a competitive cost. The only time I had a minor issue with a repair they fixed it quickly. What more could you want?

As always: quick, efficient, & extremely friendly service: I note that in performing a routine service, they were able to spot some concerns, & unlike many other service centers, did not encourage me to fix immediately. They were able to outline how I am able to "keep an eye" on this until which time it needs repair.
