I stopped in to set up a time for an oil change and Kristine had a 3pm available the same day, so I booked it. I had the oil & oil filter changed and rotate the tires. Mike informed me that My from brakes will need to be changed in about 5,000 miles or so and gave me today's price & may go up dew to rising prices on everything because of Covid 19. I have another appointment for an oil change & rotate tires for our second vehicle on Tuesday. Thanks for the bottle of water. Ron

Today a routine oil change, and even though I was running a couple of minutes late, Michael was ready to assist me, taking my keys immediately. Approximately 30 minutes later, all was completed, paying with a coupon and getting my oil change card punched.

I was finally able to understand the issue with my 4-Runner. Friendly, knowledgeable and the offer of a vehicle during this time capped the exceptional service. Will certainly be back. Kudos everyone!
