Great job! They were able to diagnose my problems (there were many) right away. Gave me options on what absolutely needed repair now and what could wait. Went over the issues in detail, answered all my questions. They gave me a loaner car to use and had my car back to me before the New Year holiday. The staff is great to work with and made sure I understood what the problems were. West Bend is very lucky to have this business! Thanks again!

First time customer...was just an oil change and tire rotation but the staff was very friendly. Michael and Jesus were great and very accomodating. I knew I found a good crew here when the technician brought my car around, (I was still inside so he wouldn't have known I was watching), he made a special effort to go back and make sure there were no smudges or fingerprints on the hood. Pretty cool...

Unsure of the issue(s) of my vehicle, they helped me tow it in from another city. When it got there, they quickly contacted me and asked to meet with them in person. When I got there I met with the owner and head mechanic to walk through what was going on. From there, things went smoothly with no surprises. If you are unsure where to get your Vehicle worked on, this is a place that you can trust.
