They were accommodating and very professional, prices were fair and reasonable. They took care of my exhaust repair and did a great job, but I had them fix a leaking hose on the ATF cooler and although they replaced the hose and clamps, it is still leaking. I didn't notice until I had driven to work today and discovered transmission fluid leaking from the front of my truck. The leak is persistent and if enough fluid was lost it could cause serious damage to the transmission system. I called the shop and they told me to bring it in again. Problem is it's Friday and I have to work my full day before I can even think of bringing it by. I can only hope that I can get there before they close, otherwise it's going to push into Christmas week and I have to work every day and hope I'll get off early enough to drop it off before closing. This inconvenience and loss of time and money could have been avoided if the technician would've checked to make sure the repair he made actually fixed the leak in the first place. Not a good first impression.
Hi Disco, So sorry to hear you are having problems still with the fluid leak. We do have a formal quality control process, which we did perform before returning your vehicle to you. Obviously, we need to get to the bottom the issue and do have several options and free loaner cars to work around your schedule so you won't have to drive it over the weekend. I've reached out to you and left a voicemail and trust we will be able to get this corrected to your complete satisfaction. - Joe
