Michael was willing to stay a few extra minutes past closing time late in the afternoon recently to accommodate looking at a tire that I was randomly told was bulging. It was concerning to me not knowing how critical the tire was for needing repair especially since I will drive many expressway miles back-and-forth to work and home at all hours of the day and night. He took a look at it and assured me that he could have a new tire in the very next day. I appreciate the fact that he was accommodating to ensure my safety. It was true, the very next day the tire was in and the following afternoon I was able to have a family member show up with just a one hour window of advanced timing to not only have the tire replaced, and all others rotated (rotation is free of charge when you buy the tires at Auto Safety Center), but it was investigated and determined that the tire was also under warranty. This was a no hassle experience all the way around! So appreciated due to my lack of “normal” working hours and availability! P.S. My family has also utilized your tire repair service which is not necessary to remove from the car or truck prior to bringing it in for observation - unlike some other places in the area.
