West Bend Auto Repair

There was a time when I looked forward to going to my mechanic about as much as I looked forward to going to the dentist. It used to be just painful all around; from the “breaking of bad news” all the way to paying the invoice. Not So at Auto Safety Center!! Michael and the rest of the front office crew always welcome me with a smile, keep me informed of the situations with my vehicles, give me options that I can work with, and I TRUST what’s going on in the shop. If work is being done while I wait, I can use the free Wi-Fi to stay productive, or just engage in conversation like I’m part of the family. Is this a real review, uncompensated in any way??? Abso-freakin’-lutely!! Check ‘em out!

Service here was great! Very thorough and It was done exactly when they said it would be. Price was fair and staff was extremely professional. I got the feeling that they serviced our car as if it was theirs. They ordered a part that was needed for a future repair and it arrived the next day! Already have scheduled a new appointment date to have that taken care of. I would highly recommend Auto Safety Center to all my friends and anyone who is looking for a car servicing business that you can trust not to take advantage of you.

Excellent service. Explained what was needed on my vehicle and worked with me to get it done. It’s great to be able to get a free loaner and the roadside assistance for just being a customer is a true bonus. I’ll be coming back for all my future repairs.
