Everyone here was extremely helpful and honest. I live 2 hours away and was trying to coordinate getting my daughter and her husband’s vehicle taken care of (my daughter lives in West Bend)). Not only did they communicate well over the phone but gave me an honest opinion and price. Jose’ is an angel and an expert at what he does. I will recommend this business to anyone. I'm excited to have a mechanic shop that is honest and does things right. Michael is a customer service star. I made an appointment to have a recall handled at the dealership nearby. They drove my truck to the dealership and back. Then they discovered the dealership didn't handle the recall properly. They told the dealership to do it right and then drove my truck there and back again. One thing that sets auto safety center apart is you are assigned a representative and you only deal with that one person.
