Been taking my cars here for three years. Recently the service advisors are lacking. Doesn’t seem like I can’t talk through a problem like I use to with Mike. Seems to be reading report with no additional advice or feedback.

The staff at Auto Safety Center did a great job on my wife’s GTI. We thought she needed brakes but she didn’t but tires instead. It’s like a new car again. Car was done when promised.
