Every time we have service.. it all goes well. The customer service is excellent! I was happy to have work and know that a donation, to Family Promise, was made!!! Merry Christmas!!

I loved their attention to detail, their knowledge, the loaner and the great courtesy shown to me. All around ulta satisfied! I especially recommend them especially for foreign vehicles. They have great knowledge on my BMW and Audi.

Once again, ASC comes through for me. This time for a serpentine belt installation. I thought I would have had to at least left my car with them overnight, but they were able to install it quicker and at less cost than I had anticipated. As usual, Michael and Jesus were prompt and friendly, and I noticed as I waited for my repair that the same consideration was given to all customer contact, either in person or on the phone. I will continue to utilize ASC in the future.

I came in for a routine oil change and to talk about getting new tires. From the moment I walked in Kristin and Mike made me feel at home. Very professional and knowledgeable with a little humor and lightheartedness. As I was waiting, Mike came and got me and said he had some interesting/bad news. He took me to the service bay and showed me my tire. As the service technician was pulling in my vehicle for service, he must have driven over a very large bolt in the parking lot and it poked right into the middle of my tire! Mike apologized and assured me they would fix this for me free of charge. This level of honesty is a trait rarely seen in the auto repair world and I will definitely be coming back here for all my automotive maintenance needs!
