Another outstanding service experience. I called the Auto Safety Center on Wednesday, left a message. Thursday morning, I received a call and message to contact Michael. I called and we made arrangements to drop off the car sometime that day. That they would be able to get to it on Friday. They gave me a loaner car. Which was a good car to be able to use. I dropped off the car at 11. By 1230 I was called and told that the car was done. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear that it was done. I went got the car and paid for it. It is great to have that kind of service. Both people in the office area were great to talk with and they are are both very friendly and courteous. Thank you everyone at the ASC.

Always great to know an actual mechanic and not just a technician. Auto Safety Center fixed a major problem with the shifter and transmission in my Jeep. They could have just replaced parts but fixed the problem instead. Likely saved hundreds of dollars. Thanks guys.
