Very friendly staff! They answer all questions that are asked honestly. Any time I have work done on my car they give me a loaner car so I can still get around. Ive never had any issues with any work that they have done on my vehicle. This is my go to repair shop. If you are looking for a good place to go this is the place to go.

Once again, Auto Safety Center is a winner! I had ordered a wheel/tire package from Tire Rack and was shocked at how poorly the set handled on the car. They were just bumpy and wouldn't set well on the road. After several calls to Tire Rack voicing my concern, I was given the green light to have my local Service Center check every tire/wheel for balance run out or whatever they might find. Auto Safety Center found severe issues with each tire and sent me a copy of the results. I immediately forwarded the results to Tire Rack...they were shocked, but send out a new set of 4 tires to ASC. Everything was remounted, balanced and after testing the set, I was so pleased that my problem had been solved. If it weren't for the extensive testing and result using ASC's Roadforce equipment, I would have had to put up with a terrible set of tires. Thank you Auto Safety Center for making my car...and life run smoothly again!

Needed the usual oil change, tire rotation check over and I also mentioned that I had a vibration when driving over 65 and maybe a alignment might be in order they said they would check. When I picked it up they told me the vibration was in the tire balance which they fixed they also put it on the alignment machine and found out it was right on so they did not have to do a alignment and did not charge me for a alignment they also mailed out some rebate coupons for $40 some dollars which I used good company, great employees
