West Bend Auto Repair

Just took my van in for a “check engine light” ~ then ended up needing some fairly extensive repairs to be done at my convenience. I chose to get it all done because I TOTALLY respect and trust Auto Safety with giving me the best service and complete repair of the problems ~ All good to go! Kudos to Mike for keeping me updated with the “bad news ~ good news”! And I was given a great loaner vehicle (no “beaters” there!) THANK YOU!

My review is for a oil change and tire rotation. We made a appointment and our car was pulled in right away. The people here are very friendly. We were offered a loaner for local use to shop while they worked on the car but we chose to wait. An oil change here is a little slower than a drive through outfit, because they do a good inspection of the car. They didn't find anything wrong with our car but recommended a more detailed alignment inspection the next time we come in. No pressure, just advice.

Had an issue with bouncing tires when I bought new tires from a local firm - NTB - and they could not fix it. Went into ASC and they fixed the issue, changed my oil, and noted a few other small issues to address. Problem is 100% fixed, at a great price, and with great professionalism. I am now an ASC customer! Great service and pricing. Definitely recommend them!
