Everything was done professionally and on time. Price stayed within quote and had a free loaner car. Thanks Joe, Chris and mechanics.

My car was repaired in a timely manner. Chris had a part on hand in case they needed it. Waiting area was very comfortable. Hot chocolate (Keurig) provided and cookies. I was kept up,to date on progress of investigating the problem.

My visit was a pleasant one. Had a new set of tires installed. Very competitive pricing. And I love them, what a difference a new set can be! The Continental tires I got are a million times quieter than the OEM Goodyears. The ride is much smoother also.

I liked that I got in right away but wished I didn't have to wait so long.

Discussing it with Chris and Tim the services went fairly well with no delays along the way. For next time we will communicate better the time everything will take.
