Wonderful, friendly staff always willing to do the best for their customer. I arrived for my oil change and they took my car right in and had it done in no time! I felt comfortable leaving my car in their care and trusted it would get done correctly and efficiently. I was quite impressed and will definitely return!

Got the car in when I needed, and service was completed on time. Easy peasy. They always do their best to accomodate customer schedules.

Auto Safety Center has the best customer service, and a clean and friendly area to wait for car service to be done. I have purchased tires from them in the past and over the course of the having the tired they were always on top of rotating the tires at oil changes and fixing any leaks covered under their tire warranty program. I most recently had serious engine problems and they were amazing to work with again. They took care of getting a towe truck to come pick up my car and made sure I was aware of what they found wrong with my car before they did any work. They have been super flexible and helpful as I try to get things in line to have the repairs done. Would recommened them to anyone in the West Bend area for general matinance or serious engine problems.
