The best part about service at auto safety Center is a loaner vehicle. Even though the radio didn't work in the 2004 white Honda accord, I really did appreciate it .

I’m very glad I chose Auto Safety Center to fix an issue with our vehicle... Mike and Kelsey are great people and very personable. Mike took a conservative approach in order to get the vehicle repaired instead of replacing lots of parts first. The vehicle repair was done quickly and correctly and it’s fun to drive again!

The gentleman I talked with on the phone to set up the appointment was very knowledgeable regarding my year, make, and model vehicle and the specifics necessary for an alignment. When we arrived they were a little behind but very cordial. They have a nice clean waiting area with refreshments and a separate play area for children. They even offered me a complimentary loaner vehicle so I could get to my appointment on time. There was a little confusion about the cost/payment, but they honored what I was quoted over the phone. All in all a nice experience... felt like we were well taken care of.
