Up until buying my diesel truck, I have always maintained and done all minor & major repairs on my vehicles. I am not experienced with diesels and frankly the days of doing vehicle maintenance in my home garage are gone with this big truck. Being able to bring it to a shop like Auto Safety Center makes me feel very comfortable and confident. They are a local family owned and operated establishment where quality work, honesty and integrity are clearly their foundation. I'm kicking myself for not going to them first. I assumed they would be very expensive since I always heard they were the best non dealership mechanic shop in West Bend. I was wrong. The price is fair. Unfortunately, I am now paying to have almost all the work I just had done less than 2 months ago redone by Auto Safety Center due to inexcusable mistakes and cheap parts used from a different shop. We're not talking a couple hundred dollars here either...the repair errors and poor diagnosis from the previous shop is now costing me about $2400 again. I'm not even really salty at the previous shop. I'm just genuinely confused how they messed up that bad. At least this time around I know it will be right.

Always a great experience and really put in the effort to earn your business. They provide recommendations of other things that may need attention but never make you feel like you are being pushed into something that you may not have the funds to have done at that time. They are always able to explain what is needed and why in terms the general public can understand. Excellent and honest business and staff.

Very happy with the quality of work and customer service. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and enthusiastic, a testament to the workplace culture at this location. I am a do-it-myself-er and needed an alignment after replacing suspension components. I am also extremely particular and detail-oriented. Most shops cringe when a customer like me walks in the door. The folks at Auto Safety Center treated me with respect and even told me what fantastic condition my old beater was kept in (tactical ego stroking). I recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.
