I was leaving Walmart early one morning and my key fob was not working so I put my key in the drivers' side door. I turned the key in the door and it broke off. So I was looking at a half key. Long story short - after I found a 2nd key at home I traveled to Auto Safety Center. They took my car in immediately and gave me the half key that was still in the lock. I was on my way "in no time" and my charge for their service was NOTHING!! I appreciated this and would recommend Auto Safety Center for any auto work in your future...

I had the oil and filter changed on my 2010 Lexus ES350 at Auto Safety Center on October 25, 2018. After the oil change I noticed a leak under the car near the engine compartment. I called Auto Safety Center to request an appointment to address a leak that I suspected was related to the oil and filter change. Michael got me in for the appointment immediately. When they put the car on the hoist, it was clear the link was not a result of the oil change. It was coming from the air conditioner and contained a small amount of grease/oil from a leaking seal. Michael took me back in the shop so I could see what was going on. Auto Safety Center handled my problem promptly and professionally. I will be back.

Professional, Patient, but not Pushy

Was on time for their appointments and I was told it would be a half-hour appt and that is exactly what but was. That is really important to me. Definitely will go back there again
