I have gone to ASC many times for service on my 2003 Saab and the job is always done right. Joe and staff have demonstrated by their work that they are qualified, skilled and resourceful enough do repairs that are special to my Saab. Sometimes I think ASC is expensive (I guess most of us think auto service work costs more than we think it should), but I have returned for service because I trust them. I did have rear shocks done elsewhere as another shop gave me a much better price, but I feel most comfortable going back to the shop that knows me and my car.

I will back for future auto repairs.

Very professional, personable and I feel, honest. They explain the reasoning for repairs and show you the damaged parts that way you know the work was actually done. Other shops don't show you and you find out months later, it wasn't done. That is why I switched to ASC.

ASC does a fantastic job, always communicating what they have done, what needs to be done and never doing anything with out making us aware of the situation first.

Honest, forthright, thorough and timely. No padding or outlandish claims.
