I do not know where to start on how good and honest they are here. They say find a mechanic you can trust like a doctor and keep going there. For everyone who has gone to big box stores or quick oil change places to get your oil done have never truly gotten your car checked out. They just put oil in your car and get you out the door. They do not care if your car has problems or not. At Auto Safety they do care.This is why I am reading in other reviews that people complain when they need work done. Not Auto Safety's fault. Your car was never maintained before. The truth can hurt some time but they are keeping you and your family safe and no one there forces you to get the work done. Vince and Tim are great mechanics who care and Chris up front is as nice as they come and explains everything to you. They have the best 3 year 36,000 mile warranty in town.I would not give them my three cars to do each time if they were no good. Maybe you might not have the experience I had each time and that is okay but you are in luck cause Joe the owner is going to make it right if that I am only human element comes up.Thank you Auto Safety for paying close attention to detail even on a oil change like tire psi.Keep up the good work.

Overall it was such a positive experience. They were very helpful in explaning what was going on with my car and did not try to sell me on unnecessary things. Very honest!

Auto Safety Center is one of the best car care companies I have used. Knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Master mechanic level service and advice in a friendly, comfortable environment. My dealings with Chris and Tim were smooth and informative. I drove to the Shop from Menomonee Falls and it was well worth it. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good about the crew at Auto Safety Center! I had a lot of work done last week, and my car is feeling better than ever. The staff are all professional and courteous. You get the feeling they are very knowledgable and looking out for your best interest. I like that they really stand behind their work as well.

I has a tire pressure issue after driving in from Arizona to freezing temps here. Chris was happy to help me check and fill my tires on my Jeep with no charge! So nice of him. Then he brought my car to the door with the engine running all set to go back on the road. What a great place!

MY CAR is older and starting to need repairs. CHRIS does an amazing job explaining to me so I can understand it! WHENEVER I have a problem, they are able to SQUEEZE me in. PLUS usually a rental car ready for me too! Chris and Joe will treat you like FAMILY - WHICH feels great these days! THANKS YOU GUYS for all that you do for me and my WHITE 300!
