I liked that I got in right away but wished I didn't have to wait so long.

Hi Nichole, thanks for the feedback and of course the business. I know we performed several other repairs with the oil change which added time to your visit. Discussing it with Chris and Tim the services went fairly well with no delays along the way. For next time we will communicate better the time everything will take.

I was in recently for a rear brake job on my Honda Element. I've had many problems with the rear brakes on this vehicle and I think the problem was finally solved by replacing the shoes for the emergency brake, which was always overlooked by other mechanics. Also, a better quality rotor was recommended. No more sound from the rear brakes, first time in many years. Great job!

Very happy with how everything was handled. Was recommended your service center and I trust his opinion and feel like I am being treated very honestly and prices are very fair. The loaner car is beyond convenient. Will be back as needed since having an older car things happen and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. It's so hard to find a trustworthy repair shop and I'm on a limited budget so this makes me so happy.

I was near West Bend coming from out of town. I had an unexpected incident and needed to be towed to a service station. Having used Auto Safety Center for many years before moving from WB 5 years ago, I decided to call Joe Valind. He was great, as well as Chris. They helped me get the car in the schedule for repair and general maintenance. They also provided me with a loaner car, which was so great.Their new facility is state-of-the art. Very impressive. I would recommend Auto Safety Center to anyone needing help with their vehicle. I also saw that they are a UHAUL provider. If I needed a trailer, I would definitely work through them.

Thanks Linda! I guess we have made a lot of changes in 5 years. Maybe next time we can catch up when you just need an oil change. It was good to see you.
