West Bend Auto Repair

We had used Auto Safety Center for years, then moved away. I found myself in the area last week in need of car repair. Went to the new facility. WOW. State of the art! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had a loaner car to use for two days which was so helpful!! Thanks for great service!!

They are very thorough at Auto Safety Center and do a good job communicating their findings. My only issue is I believe they are more expensive than many service providers and I have a sense they are looking for places for me to spend more money vs. maximizing the value provided to me.

As always, very satisfied with the great customer service and the quality of the repairs. Easy to make appointments for scheduled maintenance and also to fit your vehicle in for the unexpected repair (like broken exhaust). Pleasant waiting area that include K coffee.
