Everything went fine as for the work, it's just that the service interval was not reset in the car for the Brake Fluid flush so I had to do that myself. :-)

I am glad the service turned out well, we will have to be a bit more thorough on making sure all service indicators get reset. Thanks for letting me know, I will add it to the agenda for our next shop meeting.

We dropped a car off for some brake work to be done while we were out of town. During the week, our son told us that he had trouble with the car on the highway the previous week. We called ASC & they fixed the new issue as well even though there was only one day left to do it. Thank you Joe! You saved us a major inconvenience... That car is being used in Chicago but we bring it back to West Bend for work. That says something!

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Excellent service & people who actually care. My only complaint would be you would stay open late 1 to 2 nights a week. Work to 3:30 in Milwaukee & can make it to West Bend by 4:15. Not enough time to even do a oil change.Plus your Saturday's are always taken. Karen Matthews

We know that we can get very busy on Saturdays but are in the process of adding staff to improve our scheduling and give you faster service. Service was alright. No issues really. There was some delayed communication on how long my vehicle was going to be there.

Jacob, I do apologize for the poor communication and delays we experienced with your vehicle. Even before we received your feedback we were discussing the workflow of those days and realized it could have been managed better to meet our deadlines.
