West Bend Auto Repair

I went into the auto safety center with the rear wheel to my motorcycle because I needed the tire switched to a different one I had. They happily did this for me and for a very reasonable price especially since i know how much i would have struggled with it on my own. Joe and his staff are great people. I go there for all my service on cars and sometimes motorcycle parts as well.

This is my 3rd time having my car worked on by the guys at Auto Safety Center in West Bend WI and I must say I am still very impressed by the customer service and quality of work these guys have done on my car. I have never once felt like I was being nickled and dimed nor did I feel pressured and scammed. These guys worked with me and around my schedule and were prompt in all aspects. I wont take my car to any other place. Thanks guys for your hard work and all you do for your customers.

These guys do good work at a great price. From oil changes to tires and alignments, they do it all. I've never had any problems and would recommend them to everyone.

I don't take my car anywhere else. If I can't fix it, you guys are the only ones that touch it.
Auto Saftey Center does great work. They are straight forward about what they are going to do and the cost. They will call you if they find extra issues and let you decide on if or when the work is going to be done. They know that I do a lot of my own service, so they will make suggestions if they see something that needs to be done.

I went to Auto Safety Center with a strange request -- dismount a set of tires from one set of wheels and remount on a different set. It was hard to find a shop willing to take on the job. Most places wanted to sell me a set of new tires. Joe and the crew provided excellent service in a timely fashion, all at a fair price. The next time I need car work done, I'll be back!

Convenient, fast, friendly, polite service as always! Joe took the time to check on our extended warranty benefits even though we forgot to tell him about the warranty when we brought the car in! Thanks Joe!!

Additional Comments: "Professional, honest, clean, articulate, average guy terminology, and patient explanations. Easy to reference work done from the past. Small town feel to the operation. Not the huge dealer service dept. rat race, but yet not the back yard service station either. Can count on getting in the vehicle and know that it's going to feel new again."
