Just went to pick up my U-Haul trailer today. I worked with Chris from the Auto Safety Center. He was very friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend coming to the Auto Safety Center for any automotive services you may need.

I do not know where to start on how good and honest they are here. They say find a mechanic you can trust like a doctor and keep going there. For everyone who has gone to big box stores or quick oil change places to get your oil done have never truly gotten your car checked out. They just put oil in your car and get you out the door. They do not care if your car has problems or not. At Auto Safety they do care.This is why I am reading in other reviews that people complain when they need work done. Not Auto Safety's fault. Your car was never maintained before. The truth can hurt some time but they are keeping you and your family safe and no one there forces you to get the work done. Vince and Tim are great mechanics who care and Chris up front is as nice as they come and explains everything to you. They have the best 3 year 36,000 mile warranty in town.I would not give them my three cars to do each time if they were no good. Maybe you might not have the experience I had each time and that is okay but you are in luck cause Joe the owner is going to make it right if that I am only human element comes up.Thank you Auto Safety for paying close attention to detail even on a oil change like tire psi.Keep up the good work.

Overall it was such a positive experience. They were very helpful in explaning what was going on with my car and did not try to sell me on unnecessary things. Very honest!

Auto Safety Center is one of the best car care companies I have used. Knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Master mechanic level service and advice in a friendly, comfortable environment. My dealings with Chris and Tim were smooth and informative. I drove to the Shop from Menomonee Falls and it was well worth it. Highly recommended.
