My car was repaired in a timely manner. Chris had a part on hand in case they needed it. Waiting area was very comfortable. Hot chocolate (Keurig) provided and cookies. I was kept up,to date on progress of investigating the problem.

My visit was a pleasant one. Had a new set of tires installed. Very competitive pricing. And I love them, what a difference a new set can be! The Continental tires I got are a million times quieter than the OEM Goodyears. The ride is much smoother also.

I was in recently for a rear brake job on my Honda Element. I've had many problems with the rear brakes on this vehicle and I think the problem was finally solved by replacing the shoes for the emergency brake, which was always overlooked by other mechanics. Also, a better quality rotor was recommended. No more sound from the rear brakes, first time in many years. Great job!
