The staff was very friendly. I thought it was a bit weird that a repair shop was in the middle of a strip mall, but when I heard about the history of the building, it all made sense. I was even invited back into the shop area and given a tour of the place. It was very clean for a repair shop. The guys did a very thorough job in assessing what was wrong with my car. The repairs were done in one day and the price was fair. I was even able to get a free loaner, which saved a lot of time for me. If I ever need car repairs again, I'd start with these guys first. On my way home, it seemed as if my car drove like new again. I didn't think it was possible with over 200000 miles.

Great friendly service. Did a nice job following up and even went out of their way for me.

First time at Auto Safety. Standard oil chg./filter,etc. - tires rotated,- req'd. additional cleaning of wheel mtg. hub. Check engine lite problem found and solved/repaired. They seemed to be very thorough & explained everything before it was done. Very friendly & courteous. Plan on going back, next service req'd.

They did another great job on my SUV. I'll be back, but I hope not for a little while. ;)

The service we received from the Auto Safety Center was an excellent experience. We received grade "A": from the moment we started the process of the getting our Jeep repaired. I would highly recommend to taking your vehicle to them. From first encounter with Chris to ending the process with Joe. We drove away happy and pleased with the end result of fixing our Jeep.

I had a great experience at Auto Safety Center. They were able to get my car in and looked at the same day that I called, which was perfect for me. They gave me a FREE loaner car to use while diagnosing and fixing my car, so that I could still get to and from work without inconveniencing anyone. Chris did amazing at explaining what needed to be done with my car immediately, as well as why each thing was important. There was no pushing to have things done, which you normally see at other places. I never felt rushed to make a decision or that I was an inconvenience - like some places make you feel. They are very personable, which is great! Needless to say, I will go back here for future repairs.
