One of the most honest mechanics that I have dealt with. Scott's will not rip you off or tell you to repair something if it is not needed right away. Very trustworthy.

This place is wonderful! Chris was VERY knowledgable and helpful in explaining everything to me. He took his time to make sure I understood what needed to be done and I did not feel rushed or pressured. They were also kind enough to offer me a free loaner vehicle for the day, which I was not expecting. I would definitely come back and recommend their services to others. The free tiny bag of cookies upon picking up my car always helps too. :-)

I have given these guys my families auto repair business for the last 10 years. I am continuously blown away with how above and beyond they go out of there way to take care of us. Today I was having issues with a tire and was able to get in within 5 minutes of my call. They got me repaired and on my way to get off to work. If you are looking for 5 star service in the Washington CO are give these guys a try!!

After two repair shops gave me different assessments of the problems with my Camry, I didn't know who to trust. I came to ASC for a third opinion. The technicians went over my car without knowing the prior reports. Then Chris went over the findings with me in detail, even showing me underneath the car! I had a clear understanding what work was needed and why. I've never had such service before! The work was done promptly and again, everything was explained and gone over. I'm a very satisfied customer!

If you read my past review I gave 1 star for not finding out what the cause of my troubles. I met with the owner and he had me bring the car in to find the problem. They found out my valves have carbon on them and need a cleaning. I will take it to them when I have the cash because it's over $700 to clean. The Mini Dealer would charge more. So I'm happy how they handled this situation. A 5 Star if they hadn't left me out there without an answer to my car problems.

They were great. It was a very difficult electrical issue. I was informed daily of updates and the work was completed just fine and on time once the issue was discovered.

We had a U-haul trailer that was not installed correctly by another U-haul store in West Bend. We stopped at Auto Safety, and they were very helpful in correctly installing the trailer. It made us feel much safer about our move.
