My vehicle was there for a total of three days. It would have been nice to have been more informed during the process with some sort of update in the afternoon. I know they called right at the end of the day but it would have been nice to know a little earlier to make plans for the rest of the day. Overall, I think they did a good job fixing the vehicle and explaining what was needed to be done but I think more communication would have been helpful. I am on the fence about bringing my vehicles back.
I do apologize for the poor communication and delays we experienced with your vehicle. Even before we received your feedback we were discussing the workflow of those days and realized it could have been managed better to meet our deadlines.
