I was able to make an appointment for the day after I called and everyone is very friendly. They don’t try to force anything on you and are very knowledgeable. We will always go there for all our car service needs.

Can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service we continue to receive from Auto Safety, particularly from Vince. He is thorough and detailed in his communication and takes the time to explain in detail what the technician is working on with our car.

Right from the get go the team was professional and courteous. Explained all the concerns and what can be done with the issues I had with the truck. Told me what needed to be done now to prevent and further damage and what could wait until a later date. They kept me updated on the work that was being done and time frame it would be completed. Again Dan was great very helpful and the mechanic who works on my wife's 2008 Acura tsx does a great job.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Very friendly staff who pointed out areas of concern along with estimates for each item. There was no pressure to have anything else addressed; just good information to have. Very comfortable waiting area as well. Overall good experience!

My experience with your shop was outstanding! I only needed to have a tire repair on my daughters Tahoe and not only did you repair it but you did it right away and I was out and back home within a 1/2 hour. Thanks again!
