West Bend Auto Repair

I brought in my 2007 FJ Cruiser with multiple leaks from transmission and power steering system. The guys at ASC took the vehicle in right away, determined the leak points, provided a quote and made a plan to correct the issue. During the evaluation for leak repair, they identified several safety related issues within the suspension system that needed repair. Again, they provided a quote and made a plan to repair. Once I approved the work to be completed, they got busy making the repairs. While there were delays receiving the parts from Toyota, the work was completed within the window they committed to. Great service

Liked thier set up, the website, the drop off, didn't need to talk to someone, liked the email notification with link to my quote, I liked that it had what was looked at, photos, suggestions on what to fix immediately and what will need fixing in the future. Very friendly customer service.

I stopped in on Monday to ask if they could check my air pressure since the light went on and then asked to schedule an appointment to have my burnt out driver side lightbulb replaced. She offered to have that taken care of right away! I so appreciated that I did not have to come back! The staff in Cedarburg is great! They are always very kind and easy to talk with! Thank you!

Great service and very efficient

I normally don't write reviews, but thought this would be a good time to provide one. I was extremely pleased with the staff and workmanship. I was treated with respect and didn't get talked down on. I feel that the process that is in place, where everything is explained in great detail and that the photo's are great addition. Haven't had any encounter with any other shop that did that, makes sense. Visual proof for what you doing to the customer vehicle, great training tool for people who may not know much about cars or engines, as well as great record keeping, in case of any backlash. Plus I 'd like to say kudos to your company for having a fabulous associate such a Craig working for you. He provided Great Customer Service!! Couldn't asked for better.
