I took my wife's car in for diagnosing a "check engine" light and a "Traction" light being on. When you bring in your car, they will do a complete inspection of your vehicle, finding anything and everything that needs repair or replacement. When I received the report from the mechanic, I was initially floored over the proposed cost for recommended repairs. I had a meeting with the mechanic, along with the adviser. They went over each issue with me, giving me the pros and cons of ignoring certain repairs, and what effect in the future, that each would be by ignoring them. After getting a thorough explanation, I was convinced enough where as I gave them the go ahead to do all the repairs listed in the report. After they completed all the repairs in a timely manner, I realized that I made the right decision. All the work was professionally done, and I was glad I had them do all the recommendations in their report. My decision was mostly based on the trust I had in their services from previous work I had them do on another car awhile back. Their trust and integrity is unmatched by any other auto repair service.
